As a qualified Coach, I work with diverse people at all stages of their working lives.  Over the last six years, I've been coaching people from across the globe and across many different sectors.

I also prepare people for job interviews and have an outstanding track record of success.

​ I'm also a highly skilled facilitator who gently nudges groups through planning and team building workshops with humour and insight.​  I listen carefully to you, the customer, to design what is best going to meet your specific needs.

I work with Catherine McGrath from McGrath Media to offer training in Presentation skills (Business Speaking) and Effective Meetings.

I also offer a range of other services to support great employees, leaders and teams to excel at what they do - particularly when the going gets tough.
