Hi and welcome!
Well the year that was 2023 flew by and summer is upon us again...
I hope you've had a positive work year and are looking forward to some down time with family and friends.
When I asked a group of workers what they were most looking forward to recently, they said 'lying down and resting'. So it's been a big year for many of us and I know that many people have faced their own challenges. Others have had great opportunities open up.
Whatever you're up to in your working life, I can walk alongside you and with you as you consider your choices and work through issues.
I work with diverse people at all stages of their working lives. Over the last five years, I've been coaching people from across the globe and across many different sectors.
And I'm a highly skilled facilitator who gently nudges groups through planning and team building workshops with humour and insight. I listen carefully to you, the customer, to design what is best going to meet your specific needs.
I offer coaching by zoom, wherever you are working from.
Or I see people face to face in Canberra, Australia.
I also offer a range of other services to support great employees, leaders and teams to excel at what they do - particularly when the going gets tough.
I also prepare people for job interviews and have an outstanding track record of successful applicants.
I love what I do and I love learning from those I work with.
Others tell me I bring ‘wisdom’ in my coaching services based on years of working in diverse organisations and locations, both here and internationally.
Life is messy so I try to keep things simple and focus on what’s important.
I'll be taking on new coaching clients and teams in the new year.
